We first met the Dickson family in 2008 when their high street retail estate was in decline. We began working with them to refresh and modernise their brand.

Following the brand work, we were commissioned to reinvigorate their retail offering through campaignable ideas and development of the ‘food to go’ concept.

We supported the family in changing their relationship with the multiples and they began representing the highstreet family butcher in the bigger stores.

Results: In the 8 years working with Dicksons, we saw the business flourish with a strong high street presence in the North East, as well as being found on the shelves of a number of national supermarkets.
